probably waiting to see if we win the league first. If we do, and considering every league game sold out this season, and considering two high-profile signings in the summer, City is likely to be the hottest ticket in town. And that means BIG price increases I'm afraid. Probably looking at £700 in East Stand lower and upper and £900 in level 2. South and North Stand £600 in lower tier, £700 in upper. I reckon a FAIR price would be

N and S Stands = £450 lower, £550 upper
E and CB Stands= £600 lower and level 3, £700 level 2.

My dads ticket I think cost about 550 for east styand level one, so by your estimates there would be a 150 pound increase near abouts, if thats the case im afraid many loyal fans will be priced out. £900 for level 2 !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! the club should be rewarding our loyalty and freezing prices in such a bad economic climate.

I will get responses of well its good to increase revenues, however season tickets barely make any impact on what the club make. without the fans the club would be nothing and if prices did rise to say £900 I would seriously consider jacking it in, like many fans already have/are

btw Im not complaining about current prices cos I think there good value, just complaining at the prices quoted above :)

The price of success mate. If people do jack in. Someone on the waiting list will be there to take there place.

Not at those prices there wont be.!!!

ah the imaginary waiting list

Have to agree with you Bob on this one. The imaginaty waiting list is bollocks IMO.

Put it this way,if they increased the south level 2 season cards to £700 or over I would have to think very carefully about it. And this is from a family who's income is well above the average!

the club might be rich but the fans are poor. there is no waiting list, well not one thats enforced.

Not poor just working class mate. I am sure we have our fair share of affluent fans who sit in the stands but I still reckon a lot may struggle to find the dosh if an over than average increase is announced. I have been saving my 20's and 50ps in a bottle for a year now and this certainly helps but at £700 Or over I may have to go halfers with a family member.

especially when they are buying more than one SC. Some have 4 or 5 cards to renew.

Last season they announced the pricing the day after the Fa Cup Final win,
to get the increases out quick while we were all too happy to care!

So i expect an announcement the day after the QPR match..

How much is too much?

I stopped away games this year because of cost - more principle than cant afford - £50 to watch a football game that is miles away from your house is a big ask.

Not sure how interested I will be in champs l games either at £45 a pop. circumstances meant i missed all our home CL games this year - didnt really fuss me

Ive had a season ticket for years and years but its starting to get out of hand

Sat afternoon ales with my mates and my dad was / is a main reason I like the footy. All the night games that are a ball ache to get to are seriously putting me off, Is success worth the fact the experience becomes less enjoyable because of cost and inconvenience?

Hope City take into account current economics for us fans.

Would be fantastic if they do not increase prices but think they probably will.
