Problem was I hardly ever used it in 3 years. Mainly due to the fact that they are shit slow and all the cars overtake you or try to get you to move out of the way, and they are about as aero dynamic as a riot sheild with wheels, so a Big no no on a windy day. They are cool for bumming around the small alleyways of Milan or Madrid, but on a freezing cold night in Manchester, a scooter is the last place you want to be. Get a proper bike, if you have to use two wheeled transport.
Although, we don't really have the climate for all year round bike use. I'm happy with my Alfa.
Ta mate, i have an 8 seater lucida but want something for the Scooter runs and a little something for meself, for a change, just can't outlay the full lot at once:)
Have you done your CBT yet? If so, get yourself down to http://www.solelyscooters.co.uk/ in Rochdale. Ask them if you can test drive one of the T5's. If you enjoy it, then fair enough. If you don't enjoy it, then you've found out without parting with any cash. Probably the wrong time of year with winter only down the road...
