an engineer was supposed to come and fix my hd box today but rang off sick they've told me they cant come till monday- its coming up as "no signal received", this is my 2nd box , this ones about 4 months old-ive rang the call centre and they've tried to talk me through some possible solutions but no joy anyone got any ideas coz life with just 5 channels is shit!

try unplugging from the wall ,press and hold the back up button on front of box, keep it pressed while reconnecting power suuply ,keep pressed for about 20 secs(till all the lights on front of set top box light up)its in software download .takes about ten mins,when lights go off on front of set top box switch back on,this may work.

mate i got hd it happened to mine its either dish has moved/obstructed or cable problem from dish to box hope this helps a bit mate
