That was an FA Cup game iirc. The leagues abroad all help out their teams for the CL but over here they don't seem to care. The league game has to move if we play Tuesday otherwise the CL game has to be Wednesday.

How to buy the ticket for the game in Etihad? Is there a link to buy direct with reasonable price? Regards

Ticket criteria not released yet. Will be cup scheme first, then season card holders, then Cityzens members (who have attended 1 match at the Etihad, if same criteria as Bayern). Guess around £60.

Hospitality tickets open to anyone, around £500.

Last season they checked the name on the ticket under some kind of torch (possible UV light?). That being said I didn't personally chat to any blues who had friends/family turned away (with some having admitted to being 'creative' with their ticket).

They checked against the passport but it was only a quick scan. The guy didn't pay too much attention, I guess it only takes a jobsworth on the other end of your ticket. Not sure if any other blues had a different experience.

We did get a truncheon nudge off the police on the way up to the seats for stopping to take a photo of the collapsed wall half way up the ground. Pinnacle of European football my arse.

How is everyone getting to madrid? Was looking at Manchester - Ibiza - Madrid on the Tuesday for £61. Don't land in Madrid until 5.25pm which is fine for time but shouldn't be massive delays for a 1 hour flight.
