No unfortunately I think the opposite. Soranio's plan is to have a core of world class players surrounded by up and coming,might be stars one day,types.
Even if we were to go for a big name there aren't that many available of the standard we would require.
Suarez and Reus would be great but I can't see it. Soranio is all about balancing the books while playing attractive football.
Every time we go for a Cavani we are likely to be outbid with the new way of thinking. Eventually we will start to produce our own stars but it won't be easy.
I'm not for or against the policy but you can forget Ronaldo, Messi et al. The days of bidding 100 mill for Kaka are long gone.
