Anyone Else Having Problems Logging on to Ticketing Site?

i keep trying to log onto the ticketing site to purchase tickets or check whatever, and it comes up with saying

Unfortunately your supporter profile is not set to use this website. Give us a call on 0870 062 1894 and we'll get that fixed for you.

i've phoned up, but that was last month and still hasn't fixed. and i bought tickets at the end of september for the game, then after that it has gone wrong.

anyone else got the same problem??

Yep. Havent been able to buy a ticket online for the last few games. I spoke to somebody and at the ticket office after the Scunthorpe game and they said they have no idea when it will be fixed.
Costing me a fortune in phone calls.

I got an e-mither from the club telling me that there was a problem with my profile and I will need to re-register on the site to use it. Went on it the same day and logged in using the same details. No probs buying tickets though.
