imo mancini plays the formation he likes and he is not convinced AJ is at present filling that role as he sees it. I rate AJ and believe he will get there .my problem is mancini might be taking away his attacking instinct and making him think too negative and hesitate over decisions when under pressure.

Sorry cant see that. We miss AJ's wing play, he may not have his pace, but more than makes up for it with his ball skills, getting past a man, crossing ability and accuracy with shooting.

What? AJ has loads of pace. I thinks he's been out too long and people are starting to lose memory of him.

What surprises me is bob knew about his injury in January, he had plenty of time to find a pacy winger to cover, knowing Dzeko would be coming and needing service he let the window close whilst sitting on his hands.

Probably his woeful decision making and average passing, he was improving a lot before he got injured though, hope he can keep it up when he gets back.
