I dont suppose any one remembers when city played at arsenal (70s again I think) when a arsenal defender punched the ball up onto the bar & the ref (hill I think?) didnt give the penalty because the sun was in his eyes?

Yes, I remember it very well, Jeff Blockley was the defender and I think it was Gordon Hill who was ref. The City players penned him almost in the back of the net after he failed to spot the punch. Finished 0-0 IIRC.
