I was in a team in a BBC radio quiz in the late 70s. It was a 22 minute show.

The recordings (two shows that we were in) took almost an hour each because we were swearing and arguing all the way through. They made the fatal mistake of letting us in the green room before the first recording.

We lost to a team of cheating bastards in the semi final. I reckon the producer set us up to lose because we'd caused so much trouble.

Nothing to do with Eggheads obviously, but I thought I'd just join the boffin squad on here and bask in the glory of my quiz fame for a while.
