Anyone got a torrent for FM09?

pardon in advance for a question from a total novice but if the game is purchased normally are there still any of these bugs in it that require so much time and effort in sorting out or can the game be loaded and played straight away? i was thinking of buying the game but i won't if it comes with any of the baggage reported in this thread.

I download it to see what its like, get used to the new formats or whatever then buy it.The proper CD version does have the odd kink but they release a patch or two after it is released and they have had some feedback to sort out any problem in the game.If you are a novice download it have a go see if you like then buy it and look out for the patches when they are released but make sure it is a sports interactive one.You can't usually use the editor with downloads but you can with the CD if you are into that to sort of thing,iron the odd kink or mess with.Hope this helps.

o and it is better to buy the cd but like i said try before you buy i made a mistake of buying champ man 5 (what a pile of crap that was fm is much better)

Any patch been released to solve how unplayable the game seems right now - dont fancy starting up and having my whole squad injured in the first week.

Right i need some help ... I'v installed the game perfectly and updated the patch thing, but when i go to play the game i need a that activation code? can anyone help me out with this? much appreciated.

There's a crack which presumably came with your torrent. You need to run that and point it at C:\Program Files\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2009\fm.exe and it should work then

Ended up downloading it in different parts and it didnt come with a patch! lol. Oh well il search around for one ;) thanks anyway mate.
