Anyone got new neighbours?

I just hope to god the 2 near me aren't season ticket, after sitting in the same seat since the stadium got built they were so so annoying i feel like moving!
Constant talkers, contant commentary ("go on jimmy" - for milner!!, "in there jo" for lescott!!, on and on), pointing across peoples faces, joking with each other so loudly, and one even put a brolly up!!! On the 9th row! I mean i we all get wet the front 12 or so rows but you just dont do that!

I've got new neighbours because I moved. The bloke behind me spent the entire match being negative, drove me insane. The best example was him saying "We're playing Arsenal football, we're getting absolutely nowhere" just as Johnson played Milner in who squared it to Barry for the first goal, made it even sweeter.

some twat behind me was slating kompany off all game i wanted to feed him my fist

must be a scouser, Vincent was immense. Got some lads next to me from the North Stand, all seem sound enough, time will tell!

first time in my new seat and very happy with it indeed.East stand level 2,201.Had two empty seats to the right of me and two young ladies to the left of me.My seat is bang online with the penalty spot.

First competitive game in my seat, however, there were 4 people on the left of me, when there was only 3 seats...this can't continue surely. Also, 2 rows in front of me, people throwing chips? what's this about?

Please with last night front row 109. Which is around where i normally am anyway, although never row A! Stood up for most of it and everyone around were sound and up for it. Hope most of them are season ticket holders.

Had a teenage couple in front of me, probably a year or two older than me (I'm 15), didn't watch the game and basically kissed and cuddled all game. I didn't get distracted, it just seemed fairly pointless they were there lol. Same old as usual though really, I'm on the 3rd row of.. I forget the block. Entrance Y is all I can remember.

-- Tue Aug 24, 2010 7:03 pm --

Had a teenage couple in front of me, probably a year or two older than me (I'm 15), didn't watch the game and basically kissed and cuddled all game. Yeh, two over excitable scalls. They say man after every sentence, for example: go on kompany man, that's a fucking foul referee man, fuck off you dick man man, etc, etc.

I had a new seat for the first time last night stewarding at the pitch perimeter of 111 ;)

As you know I normally do 106/107 and know quite a few regulars including mates, last night was asked to do 111 and they all seemed fine to me apart from a small incident on the front row it all seemed fairly good banter.

For those who asked about checking tickets at the top of the aisle this proved to be pointless as people would just come down other aisles and walked across into 110/111. As people are stood in these sections it is impossible to see who should be sat where and thus impossible to stewards, unless you make a complaint ;)

One downside last night was that I could see DeNiro who braved it until the 34th minute in his City shirt before putting on a huge coat (mard arse!).

Also saw CityForLife taking advantage of a steward getting him to assist tying his "Thirsk" flag up.

Could also see where RSoLEOF SALFORD was sat.

Anyway I suspect I may be on 111 on Thursday so feel free to come and introduce yourself, I am sure you are not shy.

i got some right ones next to me. last night they even told me to sit back in my seat.

The thing is if like my dad who suffers from arthritis, you need to sit down, we are on the top tier and on the second row from the front the front and only two nuggets right in front stand up before anything reaches conclusion (so to speak), this is annoying, but it didn't cause a real problem last night. I might have to ask them to sort their timing out and try to read the game a little better!

Gonna have to disagree a little here Trig.
When the two ladies were asking people to show their SC's at the top of 111 I deffo used to see some of the more er..."excitable" fans trying to blag into 111 having to go back to their own seats.
As it is at the moment it seems to be a bit of a "free for all."

I totally understand why fans want to get into 110/111 and I'm sure that we've all turned a blind eye to the odd one or two extras in the row.I certainly have.

I sure don't have any obvious answers -but what we don't want to happen is for nothing to be done, dibble to stick it's nose in and a group of blaggers to end up wrecking the unnoficial "standing arrangement" for the rest of us.
