Tatting is a form of lace making ( you can use needles or a shuttle) , weaving is passing one thread (weft) under and over another (warp) usually using a loom.

Im a bit old for trick r' treatin but would'nt mind seeing the faces of houseowners when a 39 yr old 6ft odd pinhead asks for a quid or some funsize mars bars.
