Anyone know out about TV's? Could you tell me which is the better one out of these two:

I've got the first one in my room, its pretty good. Full hd, but the picture off my freesat isn't great. Don't know if its the tv or the freesat.

Just go with a tv brand you know eg. Sony, LG, Panasonic and other well known brands. Avoid going for the cheaper brand you don't know as they have short gaurentees and they are faulty. We have a cheap LCD HD TV in our flat and it freezes every now and then which is frustrating and the colour is weird on Sky Sports for some reason. I bought a decent LG 32" for around 370 last year from Currys for my room and it is the picture is brilliant.

I'm waiting for the sales after christmas before getting a new LCD . Looking for a 42 inch , approx 80000;1 contrast , 100 hz or over , twin scart , atleast 3 HDMI .
There's some good deals on at the moment but i'm holding out a more discounts being offered . Which i'm hoping will happen ?
I've priced up some decent 42'' specs ranging from £560-£700 at the moment , just a matter of holding out until the end of the month .
