I don't suppose you know exactly what is currently tipping the scales in Hughes favour do you?

Player support, his plans, his training program and his recent results.

The squad as a whole do get on together and they do support what Hughes is doing!
The thing i find strange though is that players need to come out in public to support and get behind the manager unless they sense something is going on behind the scenes, i feel that something is rumbling so watch this space?

Kaka wont come to us, not after his righteous speech about how he does not care about money, to back track on that statement would look very contradictory. But we need not worry a lot of good players are interested in money.

Two points:

1. Zimmer is right in that the dynamics can change quickly and I did say that ADUG are split about MH, the only contradiction I have is that we need to say yes to Jose - NOT him to us!

2. It is not only about the money - watch what happens this summer and you will see that we are not just paying silly money for players - ADUG and Cook have put together some very clever packages.

We have been blamed for ruining football because of the apparent endless pot of money we have and the open cheque book to pay whatever a player wants, Cook also admitted that he caught unaware of the overall financial business surrounding Kaka - he himself said he wanted more time to put together a package that included image rights and charitable foundations!

ADUG and City are ready to offer players a 'long term' financial package that suits them, the club they come from and us...
