People really do have to start asking themselves why Jose has not come out and dismissed the City links once and for all - they are much stronger in Italy btw)

Continually told all that remains is for Sheikh Mansour to push the button, an issue in itself currently between him, Khaldoon and Cooke.

If I recollect correctly you were of the view that the players had been coming round to Hughes' way of thinking or something along those lines; whereas I had the impression, based on I stress limited info, that the players may not be so enamored as their public proclamations. However, I know some are not desperate to go through upheaval etc that a change of management would bring.

Regardless of any inside info people may or may not have, I would have thought that if Hughes keeps his job beyond the first week of June, he's going to be the man in charge for next season so we won't have to wait too long to find that out.
