Go to the doctors. Not that they will do anything other than tell you to rest it or send you to a hospital.

can someone diagnose my sore knee.............

Does it hurt when you poke it with your finger ?

If so it could be a broken finger.
As a trained messaging specialist I can confirm his e-mails will not be affected

Was I that predictable ?
I knew you were going to say that.

your not wrong there i went sometime ago and they sent me to physiotherapist for about 6 weeks where they then said its OK now but back to square one now

Having torn 75% of ligaments in my knee and having the operations to repair it I was back playing football in 9 months which is bloody amazing when I think about it. They rebuilt everything using the tendons from my hamstring. It's a horrible recovery though!

One of my mates has just had his knee rebuilt by the same guy who treated haaland.

I have had a few footy related injuries but never my knee. It's one injury that can really mess you up.

It's funny you mention that cos I watched that segment on Essien last night. Today I was surfing YouTube and came across ACL replacement surgery on there. Some of the videos were a little graphic. I had torn cartilage removed from my right knee 10 years ago and found a video on that too. Very interesting indeed.
