My guitar tutor always said to me that the answer is practice more, now what is the question.

I learnt to sing and play by doing Ramones stuff really slowly- thats pretty easy to play and the lyrics are easy.

I have been getting bass lessons of my lad. I find if the song sounds the same as the lyrics are sang it is much easier. I have started with a really easy one, 'use sombody' by kings of leon, as you play the intro you start with the oh woooah oh woooah bit. Now when he plays on the lead, i can keep playing my bit and sing the chorus/ verse too.


Just practice mate.
