Never used one in my life,getting them in work and also iPhones so doing course today on providing desktop support for them
 
So you've never used one but you'll be providing support for people who actually use one and will know a lot more about them than you?

Today is basics then 3 day support course in few weeks

Yes how can I help you? Just read the rest of your post you cannot learn Mac support in a day.

I have to work with both but Macs are superior by a mile.
 
OSX turns a computer into an appliance rather than a hobby. I spend 0% time getting my Mac to work and 100% time using it to do stuff. If you like dicking about with anti-virus software and drivers (remember those?) then Windows is for you. For everything else OSX is your man :-)
 
Had a Macbook Pro for a year and a half, absolutely cracking laptop. Still runs like a dream, both of my last laptops (cheapo HPs) conked out around this point in their lives.
