Apology to the club

Unfortunately I was the fan that ran on when we scored the third.

I'm embarrassed for myself and the embarrassment it's caused my family. It was a spur of the moment thing and I'd change it if I could go back.

Is there anyone at the club I can get in touch with to issue an apology.

Get a message to her mate, helps people with reducing bans, solicitors etc.

Doesn’t need to be twitter she has a email and mob on there

Perhaps the OP could propose doing some voluntary work for CITC (Community service), whilst he serves his (hopefully reduced) ban?
You don’t get to choose your punishment in court.

That period of the game was a blur but if you were the fan who was trying to evade the stewards on the pitch as mentioned previously and was only collared when tripped up then I can’t see any great mitigation. The magistrates can decide if they issue a general football banning order or not but separately the club can decide what they want to do.

I can’t see a ‘just don’t do it again’ outcome.

just say sorry, tell them you didn't realise it was a football match, that you have a lawn like that at home and got mixed up with your home and a park. Tell them that there are always loads of people at your home that you don't know and that you just got mixed up with everything. and if all that fails remind them that you only broke the law in a very limited and specific way.

Tell them you were being chased by Utd fans who had infiltrated the emptihad...you were in fear of your life.

The pitch was the only way out.

Tell them you were about to sh*t you pants, but when you ran on the pitch to 'sh*t on the Villa', you realised there wasn't a hard shouler on the pitch.
