Are Brighton better than Dortmund?

Judging on the games of Dortmund vs English teams last year, I think they are.

Therefore, can we conclude the 6th best team in England would finish 2nd in the Bundesliga?

Lost out on the last day to Bayern.
Regulars in the champions keague.
Time will tell how good Brighton are but they look like they are selling too many of their top players

The Premier League has more publicity and money than the Bundesliga does. However football is a team game so anyone can beat anyone on the day.

Eintracht Frankfurt comfortably beat a good West Ham team 2 seasons ago to get to the Europa League final so English teams despite the money won't always beat other European teams comfortably.

I would say Dortmund would probably beat Brighton because I think Dortmund have better players than Brighton does. Brighton this season could struggle because off MacAllister and other key players potentially going.
