Are City a better all round team without Haaland?

If he hasn’t knocked a pull back in or something during a game you’d leave saying “ that new striker weve signed is a fuckin donkey “
His footballing ability is shite

He’s there to score goals a he’s doing that but for how Pep plays I think we’re a stronger more dominant side without him in
Unbelievable isn't it that we've signed a striker who's scored 27 goals so far, but look a worse side for it. He been awful these last five matches but no fucker wants to give him the ball

When we didn’t have a striker there were so many city fans crying out for one. No we do some of those same fans are saying we look better without one. Can’t win!

We clearly made the right choice getting haaland

Blaming the guy who’s scored 27 goals when the rest of the team has been shite. We created enough chances for wasters for Sterling and Jesus to score 50 each and then give Haaland fuck all. He is not a false 9 and isn’t the striker to drop off and link up and guess what Pep and the board knew that so the question is why did we sign him then?. Maybe blame those around him who have been fucking shite all season moaning about not wanting to be here

This notion that we don't create enough chances for Haaland is bonkers.

He's scored 21 league goals already. That's a lot! Also, he misses chances in some games, in particular vs Liverpool in the CS game and the league. As things go, he's likely to break the PL scoring record with games to spare. He needs what, 5-6 goals to break Aguero's record in all compets in a season. That's absolutely sensational. Haaland should have scored 5 vs Leeds recently.

It's impossible to create clear chances for the striker in every game. Also, we shouldn't be completely dependent for goals on Haaland. Pep and the team will need time to figure out how to use him even better than in the 1st half of the season. It's possible and likely to happen.

Pep's worst season at Barca was when Messi scored 73 goals in all compets. Barca won nothing big that season and Pep resigned. City shouldn't depend on Haaland like Barca on Messi back then. Haaland plays for City, not City for Haaland.

yes its not like Haaland is missing sitters or any kind of good chances in large number. he does not have the chances lately...

we have lost a bit of mobility and our pressing not as good with Haaland but that also comes from KDB having fitness issues, Bernardos form alongside Cancelo's dropping off a cliff generally and other players have form issues too like Foden...

changes need to be made by Pep in our way of playing/building attacks to accomodate Haaland more, issue is that would may come by having less control which is something Pep will never want to give up.

Haaland is one of the best striker for a team playing for the transition, quick counters, able to beat a high line defence, but we prefer to control the game, slow the pace and rather keep attacking vs a reorganized block of 10 men parked bus than quicker attacks which can cause us lose the ball bit more often.

I think problem is the defence, Pep has not much trust in our defending, hence the control freak tactics. and he is not wrong on that, we need about 2 dangerous run at our defence to certainly concede 1 or two goals on average.
look at today game, they had about 3 dangerous attacks, one where Ederson was mental coming out badly, one the offside goal and their winner.
