maybe that was down to the beeb fingering his bung taking bastard offspring (alledgedly!) - that the agent son, not the wife beating one!
 
i hope so to, they really piss me off, give tevez a 3 minute slot then go to a 4 minute interview on baconface moaning about over priced players so he aint signing anymore players. aint he the 1 that stareted in by selling Ronaldo for 80mill???
 
They were banging on about Owen when we signed RSC and they are still banging on about him when we sign TEV.

He started it way earlier than that when 7 years ago he paid £30m for Wio!
£30m is still an exceptional fee today!
 
To be fair to SSN the scum announcing this early in the window that their business is complete is going to be BIG news. The Rags have been SSN's meal ticket for many years now because of their information and dis information during the transfer window. SSN are lazy just like the rest of us and would normally just have done a standard report on Bacon's comments yesterday (infact very early on that's exactly what they did. And then a little later the scum website confirmed SSN's biggest fears........................Ushited have allocated their squad numbers and................they have allocated the number 7 shirt (to Owen) everyone knows that to a RAG this is the holy grail and once it is allocated that signals that the purse strings are shut. In reaction to this SSN panicked (they are not used to having to work for their storys)

IMO you will see a change in direction very quickly.........probably today with many more reporters at grounds seeking a story rather tahn (as yesterday) a roaming camera man and his buddy just floating around trying to snap something up.
