Are Leeds Good Enough To Avoid The Drop Next Season?

Like most promoted clubs, they will need to do well in the transfer window. I hope they stay up as there's a certain club that plays in red ready to take their relegation spot. And hopefully they buy Phillips as well.

Very difficult to say. Look at the 4 teams above relegation this season. Hammers, Spurs, United and Everton. No wonder all these 3 clubs went down when these are the teams you're battling it out with.

As it stands, they almost threw away automatic promotion until Sheffield United had their turn to choke.

It's hard to say, They could obviously surprise everyone and do well in the Premier League.

The reality of it is that it's going to be very tough for Leeds to stay up, West Ham, Wolves, Tottenham, Everton, Palace, Rags all occupying 12th to 17th so that says it all about how tough it will be for Leeds.

Burnley and whoever from the Play Offs will go straight back down.

Leeds need to spend cash and get quality additions.

Absolutely no chance. They will need to spend.

Look at West Ham. Currently 17th and have the likes of Bowen, Kudus, Ward Prowse, Füllkrug, Alvarez, Soucek.

Leeds are nowhere near that level of quality.

Farke was questionable in his last PL stint with Norwich.

Ward Prowse, Fullkrug and Alverez are beyond average and have done f*ck all for us.

Soucek has been brilliant over the years but he is now a slow giraffe in the middle of pitch.

Bowen and Kudus yes, but that really is all we have.

Leeds have far more pace, width and hunger about them than us.

They hammered the league, but the gap is huge.

All the smaller teams got better, will be a tough ask. Who are they realistically looking to take the place of?

They'll flatter to deceive, starting well, maybe 10 points from first 5-6 games then tail off and eventually finishing 18th.

Non of the promoted teams will be good enough because they aren't allowed to spend and close the gap. It's not so much of a league anymore, it's more of a closed shop, a cartel.

Forest did it but got hit by a points deduction, which luckily for them wasn't enough to relegate them in the end. Look at them now a good chance of CL qualification and only beaten by god's own club in the FA cup semi final.

In other words, break the financial rules and you might stand a chance, otherwise forget it.
