These rockets afaik didn't even hit anything. The only thing Kim really needs is some footage of the rocket going up for state media. Besides that it pale's in comparison to how often America and Russia would use rockets in any conflict they are engaged in. The great powers have a hughe arsenal of various rocket systems and really there is nothing so easy as to push the coordinates of youre target into a computer and off the rocket goes. Granted those are conventional warheads, but i bet you'd be impressed by the firepower that some of those babies have, they can do some serieus destruction too.
