Are PSG richer than us?

Don't know if it matters when we're talking about the amount of money both clubs are revelling in, we can offer whoever what we like (dependant on Mansour etc) and so can they.

The aim of FFP is to make it irrelevant how wealthy our owners, or their owners, actually are. You can be owned by the wealthiest man on the planet, or by a skinflint Scrroge type, and it has no impact on your spending in terms of player purchases and wages. You can only spend what you make (or at least that will be the ultimate "goal" of these rules). FFP has been introduced to prevent the establishment being challenged by anyone else. If it had been introduced 10 years ago we'd have been royally fucked, and ADUG wouldn't have purchased us. Thankfully, from City's perspective, the stable door is only now being closed, and our horse has bolted, and won the Grand National.

No they are still allowed to put in £35 mill a year

Thats what I read in the early stages

It is ofcourse all irrelevant as in my mind, the richest clubs in the world are Madrid and Barca. However, to answer your question, in terms of resources directly behind the club probably about the same (although it is almost impossible to measure), but in terms of spending power yes. The advantage that PSG have is that they did not have an interim stage in their development, they have bought very well from the start.
