I feel like crying, i'm nearly 31 drive the slowest car in the world (its economical though lol) on third party fire and theft with 2 years no claims (I've had my license 2.5 years) and the twats want to charge me nearly a grand.

However much your no claims is , they always put up the premium to cover it! Its a fookin travesty!!

I've just been looking at renewing my car insurance through all the price comparison website.

Moneysupermarket,
Gocompare,
comparethemarket,
and another one i forgot the name of,

I drive a Fiat Brava 80sx (its only a 1.2), ive been driving now 2 1/2 years also i have 2 years no claims (well in a month). I've not been involved in any accidents or claims and i turn 31 before i renew my insurance. So how the hell has my insurance gone up from £812 to £969 (the cheapest quote), i only use the fucking car to take the Mrs to the shops or the hospital/doctors or the occassional visit back home to Manchester (6000 to 7000 miles).

No wonder loads of people are driving around with no insurance with the way the fuckers are putting the prices up like that the twats.
Get your wife down as the main driver, also try the insurance companys that don't do price comparison sites like Direct line, Aviva. Also make sure you put your low mileage in and make your excess as high as poss, in my opinion if your unlikely to use your insurance then why have low excess when it makes your premium high.
