As the question states, are we missing a leader on the pitch?

Who in the current City team is a natural leader?

Are we missing that leader when, we concede and the heads are all down, that leader gets amonst the players to lift them. Are we missing that leader when, in victory or defeat, home or away, will rally the players, to applaude the fans who have travelled to support the team.

Some teams have this kind of leader. If City had this kind of leader, would we be a stronger unit.

Yes, you are.... Tevez and Bellamy showed plenty of fight but too many others let their heads drop after Scholes goal.

Yes I think so, we have plenty of players who are great Lieutenants but I think we are missing that top class leader, someone who inspires, leads by example and other players look up and respond to.

Not fully convinced Vierra will do this. Yes he is a good leader on the pitch but will he be the leader who will get amonst the players when we are losing and lift the team.

We need a leader with some strike power.... just watched Lampard destroy Birmingham. We haven't got that player that drives through and keeps the ball at feet. Micah Richards is doing a better job taking it forward than our middle at the moment. We hold it up and seem to have limited options and get rushed off the ball, like Tottenham did, makes us look pretty ordinary.
