Are we over rated?

We all agree we are average, except for a few players?
So what's the influence that we have missed these players throughout the season? Silva, Kompany, Aguero, lately Yaya? When did we actually played our best starting line-up (if there is any) in back-to-back games? How many games did we play with Kompany-Yaya-Silva-Aguero all 4 being fit and not coming back from injury?

Last Sunday we started with a half-fit Kompany, Yaya was out after 10 minutes and Aguero came on with 20 minutes to go, lacking believe he is fully fit.
How you think Liverpool would have coped when Skrtel was half-fit, Gerard out after 10 minutes and Suarez coming back from a lenghly lay-off?

Us being named the best team on the planet was only born from the expectation that the PL is the best league in the world. It's not. Maybe the most combatetive one. Especially if you include two domestic cupcompetitions.

An average team relies on star players to carry them.

A winning team steps up when star players are missing or carry them.

The team isn't mentally strong enough to be champions. If the squad doesn't get its head together for next season it'll be the same old same old. Liverpool have a psychologist working with the team, and look at them! We should do the same.

Also, the home support for the 'small' games is rubbish, as if the crowd just expects the team to turn up and win. Lots don't even bother taking their seats! No 12th man there.

very average with a very average manager. doesnt matter though does it as long as we have an happy camp? an happy kitman?an happy tea lady, he sure makes everyone happy

We looked the bees' knees against (an admittedly shaky) Spurs away.

Aguero injury that night shaped the rest of our season - he's our talisman

For all the money spent on facilities I don't think we have the best back up behind the scenes.
Our injury list is way too long - that's not bad luck it's poor preparation . I also agree with the poster above that our players don't seem to be mentally prepared. No idea whether we use a Psychologist or not but if we do he/she is not good enough and if we don't we should
