Are we relying on Tevez to much ?

Currently I think we do. But at the moment we're slightly hamstrung by the injury situation. Once Boateng and Kolarov are fit I think we'll start to create a lot more chances. With those two covering the flanks, for the majority of matches I don't think we'll need to deploy any out and out wide midfielders. Freeing up space for another striker Balotelli or Ade to link up with Tevez and Silva in attack.
 
Yes we are but only cos Ade and Bal have been injured. We clearly cannot rely on RSC and Jo is 4th pick at best. When Ade/Bal are back then we can play two up front or one up front with Silva and give Tev some well earned rest from time to time.
 
Even though you're right, we're relying on him because:

a) We're playing him up on his own because we KNOW we can rely on him.

and

b) We have other excellent striking options out injured.

If Tevez wasn't Tevez, we would play enother striker alongside him or adapt the formation so we had more chances for the wingers or attacking midfielders. If he gets an injury this is what we will do.

In short, I think we're relying on Tevez because we can, but if needed we could change our system to get goals from elsewhere.
 
yes i think we do. if he gets injured we would be fucked. having said that, if everyone was fit apart from tevzy then i think mancini has built a team that can easily cope with out him. balotelli and ade can go upfront, plenty of attacking midfielders aswell. lets just hope he doesnt get injured at any point.
 
Tevez is playing out of his skin, not bad for a headless chicken. He is our forward and is expected to score goals and battling alone upfront does a great job. Be great if goals were coming in from all departments but at the moment we are not set up to do so. Tevez also take a few freekicks and pens. Long live Carlos! If he is injured I think that Ade can come in and score some for us. Milner, Silva and Johnson will get their fair share also.
