Nah you're only Manc if you come from within the City boundaries. I'm New Moston, so as Manc as it gets.

I'm from and live in Ashton-U-Lyne, whenever I'm out of town and people ask me where I'm from I say East Manchester. Although I don't live in the centre of Manchester, I'd still class my self as a manc.
