opt out of a game if you're on the cup scheme?

I thought it would just give priority but it seems that it's automatic purchasing and not only that but if only one card was used to pay for the membership then it takes the money off that, and not off another card that you'd want to use but can't because the online doesn't seem to suggest where you can change it?

I pay for CS tickets with a different account than pays for STs.

But yes, I paid for my SC on a card that I have no money on now and there is no option to change the card anywhere. I buy a lot of things on Amazon and clothing websites and it's easy to change card details on most sites.

Select the cup scheme and "edit details" - you can change your card details there.

I wouldn't worry. If your card gets declined I'd expect you'll be contacted for an alternative payment option before your seat is given away.

they tell you fuck all i had this happen to me a couple of years ago when we had stoke in early rounds of cup turned up to turnstyle refused entry had to go to the office and was told it had been declined two weeks ago and it was up to me to check it

My previous debit card date expired, and my bank sent me another but had a different number on it. We signed up at the start of the season to the automatic cup scheme, using the card. When I phoned the box office to ask why my tickets hadnt arrived they said it was my responsibility to always give them up to date details and not there job to chase it up. Wont get caught again

this isn't on now, I changed my personal account debit card details and the other 2 accounts that we bought cards for this year were left as they were, yet I've just been charged £45 for all 3 cards for the Napoli game which just isn't on.

No warning, no opt outs, using the wrong card and just no responsability or accountability.

Disgusted by this, I can't afford that kind of money for all these games, they had no right to take the money for the 2 other cards off my own.
