Are you happy with the prices for CL Games?

What worries me is...are we going to get back the 20000 missing fans just because of the name of the competition?

We charged £15-20 for cup games last year and couldn't attract the missing thousands.

Napoli and villareal are no bigger than Psg and juventus in the Europa and w didn't sell those.

We were 10000 short of selling out for an FA cup qf and even against our neighbours in the semi final of the cc, we only sold out in the last few days.

I think Munich will sell out but the other two might be touch and go.

I am happy with the prices and hopefully the ones who usually don't bother will decide to come to these too.

If Napoli sells out I can see Birmingham in the cc being the lowest crowd ever at our place. Less than 20k

Delighted with the CL prices - me and the lad for £40. If the so called "missing" don't come so what? The rags have a laugh at our expense. But when we win the people will come, eventually! Be patient.

Excellent.

Is it too late to enrol in the cup scheme?
I think it's open until the first game.

That's what I thought although it can't be until the game, rather until they start selling tickets I suppose.

Ah, just read the site and apparently got until weds when any unused go on sale..

You can't compare the CL to the Europa and people will will only come to games they can afford, whatever the price. Just get there and support the lads and stop worrying about everyone else.

I agree and I can't deny I will be embarrassed if we don't sell out in the Champions League.

Hopefully the swell of Cup scheme members will get us above 40,000 at least.

I had the same concerns but with the fantastic pricing i think we'll be ok. Just

I've got loads of friends and family who simply couldn't be arsed with the Europa league but they all intend to go to Champions league games. I'm sure a lot of people will be the same

I'm immensely proud of my football club for the pricing structure for the Napoli game. I was expecting it to be at least £40 for me and £20 for my 12 year old. So it's half the price of what I was expecting.

Thank you City. We'll be there.

Think the price is about right, there will be 3 or 4 of us at games so 25 x 2 and 2 x 15 total £80 for 4 of us to watch CL, Not to bad to be honest. Whaen you put against £50+ fopr the likes of Fulham away then its good value.
What do the rest of you think?

I agree with the Fulham comment and the tone of the OP, except for one thing, the price isn't about right it's cheap mate.

I was expecting about £40, so a big thank you to the club

It will be interesting to see what the other 3 clubs are charging for their home games, anyone seen anything ref the other 3 clubs and the pricing.

Tickets at Bayern are between €40 and €80 (there are a few at €30 but they won't go on open sale). We regard CL tickets as quite expensive which they are compared to our league game tickets.
Interesting that English clubs fans think they are cheap.

I dont think we will sell out we will have the normal 35,000 hardcore but we do seem to have a large selection of fans who wont go to cup games. Its a disgrace really, I hope we dont open the top tiers up until we have sold out the main stand.

A season ticket (adult - not a reduced price) for the bundesliga matches in the Allianz Arena costs 120 EUR (105 BP - standing) - seats start at 300 EUR (265 BP). The cheapest option for a season ticket at ManCity costs (for all I found out - I could be wrong) 490 British Pounds or 554 EUR.

In comparison, mate of mine went to watch Oldham v Rochdale last week, 1 adult ticket £23. Will we sell out our 3 group home games, probably not but i'll be there so i don't give a shit, waited a lifetime for these type of games and the football we've played this season .
