That’d be the third reward for services rendered by Johnson.
 
If we're going to have an unelected House of Lords (which I'm not against) then I think the only justification for it is if it acts as some kind of civil service bureau filled with non party-political members that have no real power or agenda other than the national interest. I'd ban anyone who's been a member of a political party in the past 10 years so that would exclude Farage.

Not a chance he would except this if he is keeping his party together and in his manifesto he wants the House of Lords disbanded.
