As we need to get the younger players in, We also need to get a younger manager in. Rednapp is too old for this job. We should be thinking 2012/14/16 and 18 as a minimum and that takes him into his 70's!

I'm more botherd about the 300k HMRC spent and failed to put him behind bars. It seems that if you are a famous celeb bit of a cheeky chappie you don't pay tax's. I don't care about the not guilty verdict he did it just like Ken Dodd did and got off scott free.
