I may be a bit harsh but for me he has been a complete failure. Nil champions leagues in 21yrars for one of Europe's so called big clubs is embarrassing. Munich Barca Real etc are light years ahead of what this so called visionary has achieved.Plus he's a whinging self entitled twat.

No league title in years. Won titles when Arsenal and united where top dogs. As soon as other teams come into the mix, they're nowhere to be seen. His trophy record isn't all that. Don't see why he's regarded as one of the greats.

Wenger has been a great coach and an admirable footballing purist but obviously hung on for far too long and now sadly reduced to a gibbering wreck ....

Staggering hypocrisy seems to be ingrained into everybody associated with the club !
Know your history and the way they stayed in the old First Division way back when and the original 'big spenders' of the 20's and 30's not to mention the 90's success bankrolled by Diamond Danny.

It's possible they get worse if they replace Wenger as badly as the rags replaced Ferguson....but it's also entirely possible that through luck or actual competence at board room level, they don't fuck up like the rags did, and then they could improve very quickly to be title contenders.

I would much rather Wenger stayed on indefinitely. We know what we get with him there, and it's not anything to worry us.
They aren't competent at board level though. Kroenke is a tosser and possibly the worst owner of a major sports club. Like his fellow Americans at the swamp, he's only been interested in doing the bare minimum to keep CL revenue coming in. Like the rags, there's no DoF or other football structure backing up the manager, no succession plan, nothing. And, like the rags, the whole house of cards will come tumbling down.

Dividends. Kroenke is the controlling shareholder and his no. 1 priority is getting his yearly payout. Usmanov has more of an interest in the footballing side but doesn't have enough shares to change the financial structure and won't invest into an asset he has a minority stake in, apparently he's thinking of packing it in and buying the rest of the Everton shares.

Cheers.

It's not an easy working environment, I'll give him that, but I still think he's to stubborn to change anything.

its seems the media are a lot more understanding of their defeat.

Bayern one of the best teams in the world.
Referee give Arsenal nothing.
Down to 10 men what chance did arsenal have.

I didnt hear any of this off the media when we had cert penalties denied and got our players sent off.

No sympathy.

He's systematically ran them into the ground. He's old fashioned and stubborn. He hasn't addressed his teams biggest weaknesses and blames everything and anything on everybody else.

I'm also not having that 'real failure' will occur when he leaves. It's already happening.

Arsenal have a decent squad. Put a modern/forward thinking manager in control of it and they will become a threat once more.

When they went to ten men, their response was utterly unprofessional and that is one of many examples of his mis management
Plus the fact he was one of the first, if not the first, to introduce the 'Financial doping' phrase into football
parlance when City started to piss on his sour tasting chips. I hope the French **** gets binned, and ends up managing Salford City.

With any luck this is the beginning of their descent into mid table mediocrity. Without Sanchez they would have got there by now and they will soon be without him.

Cheers.

It's not an easy working environment, I'll give him that, but I still think he's to stubborn to change anything.
But as with the GPC and the Glazers, he has to take a large part of the blame for allowing the club to end up in this position, he's never so much as complained about the funds made available by the board and in most windows hasn't spent what he has been given.

ha ha. bellerin should get rid of his hairband and remember he is in england now. that twat should remember he is in england as well not jamaica!!
