Usmanov? Wouldn't be the first time he's tried to buy out Kroenke. Hard to call as at that price the shares are almost certainly overpriced, but Kroenke doesn't need the cash at the moment and probably won't want to sell as he'll look at the current trajectory and conclude that he could get much better money in the future.

Yeah, Usmanov. Agree, can't really see Kroenke selling.

Yep, last I heard he was trying to buy out the other shareholders so it would be a major change in direction to sell up. Good thing too as Usmanov has money to burn and seems far more interested in sporting success than a dividend.

Crazy really considering the actual wealth of their interested owners....they could be up their with ourselves and chelsea in terms of actually making forward progressive change.

Cant undestand the hold that kroenke allows to wenger, would usmanov kick wenger out asap if he gained control ?

the way they are ran is hindering them to compete

I would say if it is Usmanov then he may well get rid of Wenger.

Hasn't Usmnov wanted to spend his money on Arsenal to try and win trophies for years now?

Yep, i think he wants wenger out hence the bid to take control. Something isnt quite right at arsenal with the whole board, wenger and their long strategy. Unless the strategy is to pump up share prices year on year hence making someone like Usmanov pay a really high price.

Whatever it is, it is basically hindering them but benefitting other teams because in all honesty they could, and should be competing with us and chelsea

Found it funny on the back page of the sun today (seen on BBC Gossip page), Tony Adams slating Wenger saying he couldn't coach his way out of a paper bag. This from Tony Adams who has been complete dog shit as a Manager and tonight lost his 7th game out of 7 as Granada manager

When CMC bought a stake in City, the price paid valued City at $3 million. This bid is reported to value the entire club at $2 million.

looking forward to either

a/ Wenger signing a new 2 year contract
b/ Wenger being dragged by the hair out of the Emirates after he is sacked.

TBF I think either are equally likely to happen.
