They aren't getting top 4 and I expect there is worse to come for them next season.

This was my prediction before. Don't think they'll make top 4 next season. Wenger has built a squad of cowards and it'll take more than a summer to fix. Maybe if a new manager comes in they can fight for top 4. Hopefully Wenger extends, every team in the top 6 will be celebrating as they won't accomplish anything with him in charge. I'm sure they won't make top 4 if he extends, should do the noble thing and walk away. Sanchez has been involved in almost half of Arsenal's league goals, without him they would probably be below Everton. Sanchez laughing and joking on the bench when his team are losing 1-0, he doesn't care. Wenger tried to prove something by benching and quickly saw how wrong he was once Sanchez came on. He won't sign a contract and will leave in the summer. How much will they get for him? He has one year left on his contract, surely he can't go for more than 30-40m??
Sanchez was smiling from the bench even when his team were losing which illustrates how deep the problems are within the club when the star player doesn't feel the pain of an impending defeat
I believe the board are at fault mostly. Simply will not spend the money required to challenge for titles.
Open top Bus already booked to parade bank balance around streets of London in May....Be interesting to see a table showing what the league looked like if dividend payouts and financial returns for owners and shareholders replaced matchday points as the key metric for success
But they still hold the "Balance sheet of the year" trophy, which, to them, is more important than the 4th place trophy.I believe the board are at fault mostly. Simply will not spend the money required to challenge for titles.

True. The rags' performance targets are a top 3 league finish, getting to the last 16 of the CL and getting to the QF of both domestic cups. Hard to see Arsenal's targets being much different.Arsenal are a business not a football club. Feel a little bit sorry for the fans who are being slowly tortured every year.
Wenger is given only two targets before the season begins.
1. Make top 4.
2. Advance past the group stage in the CL.
Anything else is a plus.

they always seen to pull it off every year.Still think they'll scrap 4th at the expense of the dippers.
I think they'll succumb to Coventry City syndrome. If you skirt with relegation each and every season, eventually it is bound to happen.Still think they'll scrap 4th at the expense of the dippers.
