Not great when the biggest positive to come a way with is at least it was only 5. I feel like I didn't appreciate how good we actually used to be enough. Onwards and upwards

This is not the City DNA. Trying not to get to emotional but what is this? This is one of the shittest Performances ive ever seen since I follow them. Sorry but theres a drastic cut needed and consequences for player who played today.

Pep needs to „the academy is ready“ follow a real action.
 
I actually thought we were the better side for 55 minutes, We got ourselves level and that moment of scoring we all felt "we have these, let's go and win it", Foden had a complete brain fart and we capitulated as usual this season.

That capitulation isn't acceptable, We downed tools and weren't prepared to put up a fight when we went 2-1 behind.

I've said on here every week the last few weeks about Phil Foden, Before his mistake today he was bobbins, His attitude in games is abysmal and it's not acceptable, We give out fuck about Nunes most weeks he's the scapegoat, I accept players not playing well, I don't accept half arsed performances and not putting a shift in, Foden needs dropping and fast.

Phil isn't the only one in this team that's downed tools, They are all feeling sorry for themselves, Grow a set of bollocks ffs

Unfortunately Ortega had to play today and hopefully it’s his last game, At least Eddie will get the appreciation he deserves now on here instead of kissing Ortega's arse.

Again, Stones and Akanji partnership doesn't work, Akanji and Ake doesn't work, Stones and Ake doesn't work, We go to shit at the back when Ruben Dias is missing, Complete lack of leadership in that area, It's like back in the day when Vinny Kompany was out injured, We go to shit.

Pep has a lot to answer for too, No legs in midfield and we've a young lad O'Reilly that can run all day, Fucking play the lad.

All joking aside we looked like we always do against half decent sides with a plan this season - and le arse really are only half decent.
We ride out this season and see what Viana can do in the summer
We won't be seeing anything shiny this season I'm afraid

I’ve lost count of the number of times he received the ball high up on the right wing and then just passed it back. The squad quality has regressed massively

Ok, we handed them an early advantage but we got back in level terms.
It then feels like Phil plays a nothing pass and the flood gates open …. And we just roll-over
 
Forget injuries for a moment we have far bigger issues in this squad.

We have a board incapable of addressing the obvious issues in this team. We have zero natural full backs in the squad but 7 centre backs. One defensive midfielder and one striker and an abundance of attacking midfielders who lack creativity and goal threat. It’s incredibly lopsided.

Then there the big issue of Pep. He’s the GOAT when he’s got the tools at his disposal but that’s not the case now. It’s true that no one should expect this current side to be challenging for major honours. But at the same time we should not be performing this bad.

We’ve spent two months of the season in pure relegation form, we consistently throw leads away and get heavily beaten by almost any half decent well drilled side. Pep seems so concerned about masking our weakness that he simply doesn’t let us play to our strengths.

The fact we’ve spent near £150 million in this window already and not a penny of it is on what this side currently needs is astonishing.
