There is definitely payback to be had. The fact their players are doing Haaland celebrations shows that we live rent free in their heads.
I'm actually embarrassed for the lad. Never seen that before.

What brain :)I blame the holes in his socks it’s drawing the blood away from his brain.
Were allowed a dip, its the falling off a cliff that's the problem. Doubt anyone saw the decline coming so fast. CL is such a big part of the owners interest, be surprised if heads don't roll if we fail to qualify for CL.I'm not even annoyed. The table doesn't lie and the rest are streets ahead, today isn't a shock.
What fans need to understand is this team or the vast majority of this team have give us the treble and 4 in a row.
They've had the downturn in form and intensity that I thought would happen last season or the season before that and this season it has happened.
No biggie. It happens and is happening. Yes we could have planned for the inevitable but we haven't so we have to crack on.
Top 4 is the priority now. Forget anything else. We will have to get through this season and there will be more batterings coming for us unfortunately but we have to take our medicine and suck it up.
All you posters cryarsing and going overboard on the criticism need to realise what this team, this club and this manager have given you these last 7 or 8 plus years.
Onwards and upwards.
Sorry not a fan of RichardsWhy on earth is Micah Richards representing City instead of Joe Hart on Sky Sports
I actually don’t think Kovacic played badly today. I thought stones was a 2, Nunes was just as Nunes is, akanji I just as bad as it gets and Ortega looks like a bang average back up keeper.I think you’re being a bit hard on Kovacic but way too generous to Nunes.
The bigger problem is that the things that made us so good aren't being done anymore. Pressing, accurate passing, no piss poor mistakes, controlling the game have evaporated to varying extents. We start doing all them things again effectively and we'll come good. It won't be with a large chunk of these players though, had their day.Other managers have eventually learned everything about Pep, this is inevitable, over many years you can study him and take the good bits.
He isnt clearly the best anymore, still a top manager, but he might need to stay on top of what the new managers are doing and adapt.
Shouldnt fully blame thia game on him though, this was mostly the players fault, but Pep is at fault for how this gamr went as well.
Pep won't last another 6 months with these results
PSG players done it on Haaland too a few years back.I'm actually embarrassed for the lad. Never seen that before.
Disagree. A poor squad has undermined Pep. Lego head hasn't owned him and never will.complete collapse just as the PSG game.
both mental and tactical issues on top of individual brainfuck errors.
we will struggle vs Newcastle too next league game no matter if they just lost to mediocre Fulham. big month ahead of Pep, only decent or great opponents apart from Leyton.
the way Arsenal didnt shit themselves from the 1-1 but we completely folded from the PArtey goal is the difference in mentality.
the way PSG didnt fold from us being 2-0 up vs them and the way we panicked and folded from their first goal and conceded some more after that.
its a theme, we folded vs Spurs, Sporting, Feyenoord too way too similar way. Pep clearly doesnt know the solution
yet.
Arteta completely owned Pep, its so bad to see this. his student ripped the master him to pieces. 5-1 and add to that the game at Etihad where we couldnt beat them despite their 1st half red card.
Awww. Go and get your dummyCry me a river.
I was just thinking the same. These cunts are insufferable...Feels wierd to say this but id rather the scousers before these cunts
Yep both defections off Stones. Both our fault for gifting them the shots. Is it only me but the HUGE deflection TOTALLY CHANGED the momentum, stuffy bastards!
Interesting, like what? He surely wasn’t referring to his personal life (was he?)Thierry Henri being fairly supportive. Saying Pep got too many off field issues.
60 years experience of City....you need to think about doing that if you think Kevin should be starting every 3/4 days ffsFind another club
yes this has played my mind for some time, maybe he should take time out now untill next season then go againTo be fair to Pep I can imagine his head is battered going through a divorce after 30 years of marriage, that doesn’t help us though but it must be effecting him a lot.
