Pedant. We did it for 84 minutes.

I almost said “should’ve” but it’s gone nowThat should read "should've".
check out brian the blue's postsDo you only enjoy following City if we are in a title race. Or do you support the club full stop
Because he's a kid and Pep see's something in him.Precisely.
And now he plays for fucking Everton.
Jack there receives the ball and runs it into the corner or wins the free kick.
To be fair any other fucker apart from Savinho does that but because he's a fucking idiot forgets the previous 93 minutes and heads straight for Arsenals box.
How the fuck is he still at this club?
Same v the rags, less possession than them for the first time since I was 11 stone but it workedHahaha. Inevitably, they want to cling on to the dominated possession aspect of the game, we very deliberately played that way. We wasn't trying to dominate the game, we didn't compete to control the game. We had a very clear plan which involved not having the ball and it was one fuck up from the keeper away from working to perfection.
Of course they did - that moment made a difference of 3 points between the teams.Arse won't win the title imo , mentality not there , you see how they celebrated for the equaliser lol
I never give a flying fuck about anything our “wonderful” press say about us.I have seen the press laud every other team for doing that to us for years so any of them that criticise us can get to fuck
if this is permanent i don´t think Pep is the best coach for that and i really don´t think he will ever walk away from his principles, that is not going to happen. This team isn´t near to the treble or centurion team and that might be the reason we are struggling to play like Pep wants.Really interesting!
First of all, it's impossible to question the application of the players
Question- with the way we clearly set out to play, is this a dign that Pep knows for whatever reason that we aren't ready to play the way he wants. Or is it him deliberately shifting his style of play? Is he waiting to get players fully fit, new players in or something else?
It's strange to think that Pep will abandon his way of playing that he has had all of his coaching career...it just seems so anti Pep
Is this a temporary solution or a permanent shift?
Khusonov and Doku real standouts as well as Nico OReilly....
Having a right back makes a he'll of a difference

every one is negative in some way or other
Terrible decision to bring him on. Hes a good player but has no spine.Savinho’s ball here is absolutely suicidal. What does he expect Nico to do?! He’s even got Twattwell marking him!
Look at all the space behind him if he just turned on it and ran to the side/corner. Fuck me.

That is exactly my point that I made before the game. We will get a point here and there and lose this game and that game. We were beating fucking everybody a few years ago. I am starting to wonder why we have lost this mentality. What the utter fuck? A draw away at Arsenal has fucked our season? Anfield, Emirates and Liverpool home are the three most difficult games we face in the season
Agree. We had to fight a lot harder than necessary due to losing possession so often and so easily. I hope this is not the way we are going tactically. As someone else has said in this thread, it's only a good performance playing like that if you don't concede.
In my opinion we showed more fight than we have in ages, but our overall play was really poor. Just booting it back to them, struggling to string two passes together.
Just my opinion though, if you think we played well that's fine
He is such a weak link for usSavinho’s ball here is absolutely suicidal. What does he expect Nico to do?! He’s even got Twattwell marking him!

Pep always says we win in spite of officials whereas other teams win because of themEvidence is there with the cup final and today for the club to insist he is removed from our games
