We're going to win the title - barring some sort of completely unforeseen collapse in form.

I very hope too that we'll finally win the C/L with this squad - we're the best side in world football at present - but in a 2-match/one-off competition strange luck-based events may occur to sway any matchup one way or the other.

For me, we're favorites to win the C/L - but due to random chance, I'd expect that our chances of actually securing the C/L title is less than 45%.

The next column after Make ro16 is Make Semi’s, not quarters. Although I don’t disagree that they still seem a fair bit off. I’d take it with a pinch of salt - we’ve been favourites on there for the past 3 years or so with 70-80% to make semi’s.. and we all know how that’s gone

In terms of balance in the side I agree.

I still think the 17/18 team was the most entertaining but this side seems more geared to winning the CL as well as clearing up domestically.

I'd agree, but team wise, I think this is better, 18/19 was very good too, we're talking very fine margins though.

Totally agree Alan.. it’s a big ask and will be very tough indeed. I totally forgot about the travelling to Hungary

Yep. What can’t be argued (although I’m sure it will) is that if we win the league (likely) and the CL (very possible) this season then this is the greatest side in English history. We could even do better.

Agreed. I don't think this is the best version of this team, and that Pep will see out his contract and leave us with a young, fantastic spine of a team that will keep us going for another five years.

Pep will stay for as long as he's happy and he's very happy. Don't think he's one of those guys that thinks 'Five-year project'. He's more interested in the here and now.
