Proper game of two halves.

Thought Woolwich put all their energy and aggression into that first half, they were good without creating loads and we couldn’t keep up with the speed of their passing to be honest, but they couldn’t keep it up in the second half.

Second half we were in total control. The change to put Ake on Saka was what changed the game but Rodri in midfield was class. But they’d gone, they’d put too much into the first half and needed to be a couple of goals up at half time with the effort levels they’d put in.

Dias was brilliant, Rodri and Haaland too.

This Arsenal are a bit like Liverpool circa 2019, try to blow you away with high energy and slick forward play. We did struggle a bit to keep pace first half but defended well and like that Liverpool team once you get through the first half they run out of steam
