But surely those losses have an asterisk?
No idea. He said it about 40 times in the video though.Oh my days what?
Of course, because we stole* all of their best players. But surely those losses have an asterisk?
He saved one in 2017 away at Palace, 90th minute. It finished scoreless and Kev went off near the end with a serious injury. He's saved four while playing for City: Napoli, Spurs, Arsenal (at Emirates about 4 years ago) and Everton (last game of 20-21 season).
he was always a good judge of a game, Valencia fans speak highly of him.3-1 Gary what the hell are you on about?????????
I only saw a couple of minutes of studio stuff where Ian Wright said the Arse penalty wasn't a pen and Dermott popped up to say it was. They were on the PL official worldwide coverage. I watched it on SuperSport Premier League from South Africa but they’d have been on many different channels worldwide.
They just showed Shauny running around the studio when we scored the second and third and Wrighty was wounded, but he’s having a right laugh with Shauny about it now.
Ortega is probably a better shot stopper. Ederson is superior with the ball at his feet.I agree.
I love ederson but his forms dipped. He needs a big head wobble
Arsenal man marked us. We had to win our individual battles. They tired and we took advantage. A brilliant display by the whole team.I'm sure your English is better than the German of 99.999% of people on BM.
Arteta has one set of tactics that he learned off Pep. Pep obviously knew this and blew them out of the water with a couple of curve ball tactical tweaks, in my opinion.
Second half when we strangled the life out of them, it was as if we were saying 'lets see how good you are at what we do'. ... clearly they were never going to be as good - for one thing, they haven't been doing it for 6 and a half seasons.
Yeah, that rule was pretty short lived. There were 20 round Taylor yesterday. I didn’t see him handing out 16 yellow cards.I remember that one… Mike Dean implemented a new guideline that was adhered to for just the one game…. A bit like the three man rule talking to the ref rule we saw on Sunday that was ditched by Monday.
You are naughty doctoring that photo to look like there are loads of EMPTY SEATS.What a night! Still can't get out of bed
Exactly - all about decision making throughout the team. Know when to short pass around and know when to be more direct. Erling loves that shit and thrives off itHaaland is getting used to the team and the team is getting used to Haaland a bit more.
Their fans booed Edison from the off when he didn't release the ball immediately. They forced the booking for time wasting.red howard has had meeting with ref's this week new rules applied only to city
People talk about swings and roundabouts in a season.Yeah, that rule was pretty short lived. There were 20 round Taylor yesterday. I didn’t see him handing out 16 yellow cards.
refereeing in the PL is beyond shambolic. Yes there is an agenda against us and yes the referees are absolutely incompetent. What a blend.
Once again Ake was immense and from day one I can honestly say that I was delighted to have him. He tends to get "some stick" from the minority of our fans as he came from an "unfashionable" club, in Bournemouth.Ake was getting it pre match too, because he had the audacity to be selected ahead of Laporte, despite being our best defender this season, most reliable, flexible and had even shackled Saka in the cup game, hope his performance last night shut a few up….back to Ederson, he was beaten by a penalty that is never normally given, he shouldn’t change the way he keeps ‘just in case’ the ref has a subjective evening, other than that he remained calm on a night where the Arsenal players and fans where losing their heads, it would’ve been easy for him to get caught up in the occasion, but was as calm and unflappably brilliant as he normally is, his distribution was excellent and showed the way to others who could of gone short too often (see arse players for example) he set the tone perfectly, keeping isn’t just about shot stopping anymore

We are trying to ascend Everest in winter without Sherpa's and oxygen.
Haaland is a conundrum & the longer I've watched him, the clearer what's needed has become.just watching game back as was there last night
comms saying need to play to haalands strenghts then when play long through balls this is must unlike manchester city
