the spurs vs rochdale game is on so it will be played unless it snows again for 24hours

the people who agreed to play it on a thursday night after the league cup final and chelsea at home on the weekend must take the blame for city to fielding a weaken team and a possible loss. ok we have points in the bank and whatever the result we are still 13 points clear but the fans going down there paying good money for tickets and travel will want a city first team and to show up and give it a right good fight and not roll over

Good to see Monreal is out tomorrow - reported he’s picked up an injury ! He did his back diving in our penalty box on Sunday. Serves him right the cheating twat.

He actually did his back in taking out Walker. So serves the dirty fucker, right.

Play on a Thursday night or a Saturday afternoon? Easy choice. Three of City's players injured/suspended for tomorrow or full strength in two weeks? Same answer.

The Met Office think otherwise with a Yellow Warning of snow for London

"A spell of snow, heavy in places, is likely to move slowly north from Thursday morning onwards. The snow will be accompanied by strong winds, leading to the potential for drifting of lying snow. Delays and cancellations to public transport are possible, as are delays to travel on roads; some stranding of vehicles and passengers could also occur. Some rural communities could become cut off. Interruptions to power supplies and mobile phone coverage are also possible"

Sure that wasn't a warning of yellow snow ? ;-)

It's going to snow on and off in London from 4am until early the next morning, if City can't get down either due to snow or too dangerous to drive, then I can't see this going ahead, considering how London grinds to a halt at the smell of snow!

Would probably prefer to see it postponed, but I think if Spurs v Rochdale goes ahead tonight as expected then our game will most likely be on. Think they should make a decision tonight, or very early tomorrow, though so that people don't travel unnecessarily.

sorry mate but that is all assumption on your part about fielding a weakened team isn't it?

I find it super awkward when teams play each other again straight after a cup final, or any knockout round. Lol.

All eyes will be on how Arsenal respond but even if they respond well I can’t see them winning.

it is but i don't think pep will play his best starting 11 with the game at the weekend coming vs cheslea and playing 3 very big games in 7 days is a lot for the team at this stage of the season. ok the champions league 2nd leg game is almost done and dusted and city should could rest players then but its the quality of the 3 games in 7 days that is why i feel pep will rest a lot on thursday night its a no lose game for me. but i feel for the fans that are going down in hope city turn up maybe the club could make sure the fan that go to arsenal got something back if that happens
