It's no joke. Hopefully the players get down there without problems but if they don't make it I assume it'd be inevitable that Arsenal would be awarded the three points?

Trains to Euston are running fine. I don’t think there will be any problems with this aspect of it.

No thought for fans though as per usual and not just ours. Do they think every Arsenal fan lives in Islington?

You can imagine the sky meeting this morning

“fuckin hell lads Premier League darts tonight is in Exeter and there is a red alert on the weather in the south west- shall we just crack on anyway?”

“Nah, leave that decision til the last minute cos it’s City and Arsenal tonight and we have had our cameras there since yesterday so we can broadcast no problem”

“But what about the fans?”

“Eh.....what you on about? Our fans are sat at home in front of their fires. They will be fine”

If it's not cancelled and Kevin or Merlin sustain a bad injury I will be furious whether we win, lose or draw. Given his yellow ribbon issues with the authorities, if I were Pep I would keep the boys safe and sound at home.

The pitch is fine, Arsenal have confirmed that, its the surrounding areas that are causing concern

The bottom line is they need to call it off now, half their so called fans wont be turning up anyway, so why put City fans through an horrendous journey that could go pear shaped at any time, once in London they may be stranded too, as previously stated, it can be rescheduled for the 17th March, no harm done, its turning into a farce this...!!!

Lol,you make it sound like we're sending them to the front line as opposed to a 2hr train journey to play football in a bit of snow.

Cancel it! I've got to work tonight and was gutted to miss this one.

"Next few hours"?! By which time most fans will have set off.

Arsenal want volunteers to help shovel snow this morning....if they can get enough brought onto the pitch, they might get the game postponed tonight..

If it were to be postponed to Sunday March 18 (latest possible date before international break), Arsenal have game against AC Milan on the Thursday before.
This would mean they would have a 2 -3 day break and we would be coming off a 7 day break.
Suits us down to the ground to have this game postponed.
