No idea what the formation is but if Pep is experimenting then I'm all for it.

The league is done so now is a good time to try and figure out different ways to beat teams so we're not as predictable in attack next season.

I think @SWP's back's point is that he does often play there for us under Pep, even if he's not written down there on the teamsheet.

Most of his assists this season have been crosses from the right.

I hope it is that as any other way we will be wide open....what we have seen lately more and more is KDB dropping deeper and deeper to collect the ball...i can see why he is doing this as his passing range is as good as anyones anywhere (if not better) but it limits him somewhat in my opinion

Gundogan just needs to step up....for me he has (if the formation aisnt as you posted above) been shoehorned into the side again. For mr he sitill hasnt proven anything and is still are weak link.....

Hopefully we will see the Mendy of the second half of the last champs league game.....but he is going to have to defend as well.

That formation makes sense but will Pep suddenly change to a more standard 4 2 3 1, i really don’t like Foden or KDB wide in a front 3. Wish dinho was in midfield but hey ho let’s go

Simply because it’s highly unlikely he moves KDB out wide to accommodate Foden. So somebody will have to start on the right or left and the other 2 central midfielders can’t run!
