We've needed all CHs because of injuries so one top quality one would not have done. We didn't sign a striker because Messi was definitely coming but Barcelona shit on him.

You use hindsight for your arguments. We do have money but signing an expensive striker is not the norm in January

Thanks, I think we'll regret it though if we don't pursue a striker signing in January. I know it's not easy but hopefully there's a couple of irons in the fire

You have to wonder how good Delape is when at a time like this we are crying out for a striker and he doesnt get a sniff.....with the one exception of last season when he impressed and scored. How much can Pep rate him then?
