Arsenal away = 6th game of season?

Clubs and the media don't get the fixtures until 9.00 on Wednesday. (I know people who work at Macc Town. They get the e-mail an hour before it goes public)

I'd be very suprised if that wasn't just a test-run that someone had accidentally put on air.

If what your saying as true then yes guessing they where testing their system to make sure it could cope with the influx of data!

Plus of course - there is usually a mid-week game for all Premiership sides about 3rs or 4th game in. If you notice all the games shown are Saturday. ( I don`t mean mid week rescheduled by Sky - i mean usually there is a mid week game for all Premiership sides just to fit the fixtures in ! )

Clubs definately get them at 9.00. And it's strictly embargoed until 10.

There's no way the press would get them first, or there would be leaks all the time.

Sorry but that can't be right as one of the things that is built into the computerised fixture system is that Arsenal & Tottenham play at home alternative weeks and that has them both away. I guess the same now maybe with Burnley and Blackburn

Defo not real fixtures

Fuck off back to your Spurs forum...

Pathetic twat.

I doubt those ones could be real but i think that the ones on SSN could be real.

There isn't always a Wednesday midweek game and most games are scheduled on a Saturday and then moved to Sunday or midweek due to Europe.

Unless. of course, they are the ones who create the fixtures to suit them.

I know what the official line is, but I have a hard time believing that Sky only see the fixtures an hour before the public do...

I know That is bollox
And why is there a Super Sunday every season?

Pre programmed in by PL on Sky's request

Only organisation that actually sees the fixtures before they are released are the Old Bill who have to approve the fixtures first. When leaks come out it is normally from them.

They might request it beforehand, but that doesn't mean they will see them.

If Sky know the fixtures already, why are they not released with the TV games still in place?

Why do they always have to wait a couple of days to announce the televised matches?

Well we will see what Arsenal's fixtures are on Wednesday. I'd bet any money that what Sky accidentally put up are correct.

if these fixtures are true, you can work out a bit more about the opening day...

we are away 6th , so home 1st in a pattern H , A , A, H, H, THEN A AGAIN
if we are home first, united are away
if arsenal away 1st then spurs home 1st
if burnley's 2nd game is at highbury then they are home 1st which means blackburn away first
also if liverpool away 5th game then they are at home 1st which means everton away 1st
bolton away 4th means bolton away 1st and wigan at home
chelsea away 3rd game which means they are at home 1st and fulham away first

still with us ?

just a feeling... wolves home aug 15 followed by early trip to the swamp, 29 aug

Good thinking brains :)
Id like to get Hull at home first then away to Villa and Barry to get the winner :)

How do you know we are away first day?
If we are then its ridiculous, we were away on the first day the last 3 years!
