I've rang a few times this morning and every time i've been told the new allocation won't be on sale until tomorrow ???

Just tried again this minute and been told the same thing

They are lieing to you. Ring again and if they say they arnt on sale ask them to double check.

Its a stupid bloody call centre and im pretty sure 90% of them haven't got a fucking clue what they're doing.

I only just rang myself 5 minutes ago.
 
Did anyone else get a ticket? I've just checked the online ticket section and ive been allocated a seat and given loyalty points.
 
just rang upa nd they said i got the last pair and only one or two singles floating about - not sure how true that is though.
 
I rang and said that they had a few left but as I was only a Citycard holder i would have to wait till tomorrow by when the second allocation will have been released

Fingers crossed !!

I've just got one through ticketline and she didn't say anything about numbers! The TO itself gets worse, the girl that spoke to me earlier this morning went to check and was adamant that no tickets had arrived nor did they know when they'd arrive. It's a total farce.
 
If you ever get a young lad called Chris you may aswell put the phone down, he doesn't have a clue what's going on.
