Arsenal(FA Cup Semi Final) Post Match Thread

Apart from Arsenal at home every game that really counted, after the false dawn of the first few games, we have failed dismally.

Pep was supposed to improve the team both collectively and individually, something he has failed miserably to do.

You can not blame the officials for Everton & Leicester away and Everton, Middlesborough and Stoke at home all dismal performances.

I personally don't think Pep can do any better next season with the current crop of players.

Look I know you want to blame Pep every post you make does. Simple question for you.

If we are awarded the goal then pen, which both happened before their pen do you think we'd have won? Do you think if Xhaka and Gabriel had been booked earlier would Silva have been injured. In fact who cost us in your view? Pep or the officials?

I don't just blame Pep though mate. The squad has been declining for years and is not fit for purpose, especially for the style of football Peps to play. However he has also made alot of mistakes but it's his first year.

The rest I'd need a crystal ball. What I would say is I'm not confident we'll close a game out when leading. For all the bad decisions we were leading 1-0, in control and managed to turn that into defeat.

I'm over it already, we were never going to beat bent officials Arsenal yes but not obvious bent FA men, more concerned about Thursday and Silva's injury

And he seems to be determined to prove it.

Who would be winning the league with this current defence and Kompany injured for most of the season?

Just on my way back. I don't think we're far away from being a half decent team. Hit the woodwork twice and had a good goal disallowed.

We look to improve.

More concerned about the officials on Thursday, what new ideas will they come up with to stitch us up or will they continue with the tried and trusted.
